Laxman joined Symphony Asia Holdings Pte. Ltd. in 2020 and is based in Singapore. He is part of the investment management team to which he brings his considerable experience in real estate investments.
Before joining Symphony, Laxman was an entrepreneur focusing on developing residential real estate and industrial warehousing projects in India. Prior to this he was employed by HDFC Property Fund, where he focused on real estate opportunities across the residential commercial, retail and hospitality sectors. He also worked as an Analyst at Angelo, Gordon & Co., covering their convertible bond arbitrage strategy in the US.
Laxman has an MBA in Real Estate & Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and an LLB/BA in Law from the London School of Economics & Political Science.
