Our portfolio investments include SG Land Co. Ltd. (“SG Land”), Minuet Limited (“Minuet”), Desaru Peace Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (“DPH”), and an investment through a Niseko Property Joint Venture (“NPJV”).

SG Land is a property development company that holds the leasehold rights for two commercial buildings in central Bangkok.

Minuet has land holdings in Bangkok, currently being held for development or sale.

DPH is a joint-venture with the Malaysian affiliate of Themed Attractions Resorts & Hotels Sdn Bhd., a hotel and destination resort investment subsidiary of the sovereign wealth fund Khazanah Nasional Berhad, which has developed and launched a luxury hotel and villas on the south-east coast of Malaysia, operated by One & Only Resorts.

NPJV holds a land site for future sale or development in Niseko, in partnership with Hanwha Hotels & Resorts.
