We focus on particular sectors – healthcare, hospitality, lifestyle, branded real estate, and new economy ventures – that we believe will continue to profit from the increasing disposable incomes of Asia’s growing middle class.
We target consumer-oriented businesses that have:
- quality management team with a good track record;
- a sustainable competitive advantage, through product differentiation or brand recognition;
- a market that is large enough to provide opportunities for growth.
Our approach is to help the businesses in which we invest with their strategic and financial decision-making at board level, and within their operations, as necessary. In addition, we provide our investee companies with access to our network of advisers, entrepreneurs and businesses, which we have built up over a period of over 40 years.
